The
Police Rehabilitation Trust was established
in 1985 at a time when the escalating trend
of injuries incurred by police officers necessitated
the provision of a properly equipped and easily
accessible rehabilitation centre. The special
facilities required have been available at Flint House, Goring-on-Thames since 1988. It was purchased, converted and extended
to serve the needs of all police officers -
men and women - from 29 of the constabularies
of England and Wales. It endeavours to restore
injured officers to full health, enabling them
to return to normal duties as quickly as possible. More... |
